            Urgent

            Use "Behavioral Health Team" Teams group instead of messaging the Behavioral Health Staff individually when in need of an immediate behavioral health consultation, connecting patients to urgent BH services, and/or requesting crisis assistance.

            • A Teams message to the Behavioral Health Teams group will notify all available Behavioral Health Team members. Any available BH team member will respond to coordinate and provide the immediate assistance needed. This process will avoid duplication of work and/or confusion among the teams.  

            Non-urgent

            For non-urgent assistance, send EMR message to the Behavioral Health or Social Services Pools.
